INEMA is a company founded in 1988 specialized in Operations Management

In particular, the areas of intervention of INEMA can be identified in:

  • Organization

with particular emphasis on business process improvement through continuous researching to gain efficiency and effectiveness.

The skills acquired in these areas have allowed INEMA to become a leader in operational consultancy developing a specific approach model to the problems of industry, services and Public Administration, within the organization, operations, methods of work, information systems and technologies.

Since 1995 INEMA cooperates with several academic institutions in the development of applied research projects.
